Wedding Day Coordination and Services
- Attend and coordinate your wedding rehearsal, taking the lead or assisting the wedding officiate in rehearsal execution.
- Organize family and wedding party for the processional, ceremony and recessional.
- Confirm with all wedding vendors the week of the wedding, making necessary updates, scheduling arrival and delivery times, as well as break down and/or pick-up times, giving directions, guarantees and special meal needs, floor plans, etc...
- Review your seating plan, processional and recessional with the ushers.
- Prepare and place reserved cards on seats for your families and important guests.
- Place guest book, unity candle, programs and anything else particular to your ceremony and gather all items for transport to the reception after the ceremony.
- Assist late arriving guests to their seats to deter embarrassing interruptions.
- Assist photographer in gathering family and wedding party for ceremony photos.
- Move all items needed at the reception: flowers, programs, etc...
- Direct your reception, according to pre-approved production schedule, working with facility manager and staff, any catering staff, entertainment, photographer, etc...
- Deliver tip envelopes to remaining vendors.
- Assemble items for family to take home: the top layer of the cake, your bouquet, guest book, gifts, left over favors, cake knife, etc... Deliver gifts to the appropriate car.
- Use of our wedding day emergency kit. We bring anything you could possibly need!
- Determine color scheme and/or theme
- Determine budget
- Infuse ceremony and reception with chosen colors and theme
- Brainstorm, design and incorporate those characteristics and features unique to you and your families.
- Determine favors and recommend vendor. Order favors and assemble if needed.
- Design ceremony: pew décor, chairs, aisle runner, floral, alter or huppa

Day of Coordination Only
Not everyone can hire a wedding planner, and in some cases the bride and her family want to plan the wedding. But consider that your wedding may be the biggest party you'll ever have. So when it comes to the big day, do you really want to be the go-to person answering questions and keeping everyone on time and in line? No way! Do you really want your maid of honor or your aunt Suzie to have to handle everything instead of having a great time with you? As your day-of coordinator, I will act as your buffer for the day. Before the wedding, I will work with you on a day-of schedule and contact all your vendors ahead of time to ensure arrivals, set-ups, activities, departures and payments. Hiring Lucky You will allow you to focus on your fiancé, friends, family and more important, the overall experience. I'll also keep your wedding party on track. More importantly, they will be there if anything happens to go wrong. In the scheme of things, hiring a day-of coordinator is not that expensive and completely worth it. Trust me.

Full Wedding Planning
After the excitement of your engagement, planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and even a bit scary. The first thought for many is, "Where do I even begin?" Wedding magazines can help, but in many cases they're mind-boggling, and sometimes unrealistic. This is where Lucky You can assist! Lucky You will meet with you and assess your needs. We will work with vendors and find and hire when necessary. We will work with you to construct and control your budget and also timeline the upcoming weeks before the big day. This package also includes all of the listed Day of Coordination Services. See above. This is a great package for the busy bride or an out-of-town couple that is getting married in St. Louis.

Floral Design
Lucky You can be your one-stop design shop! Lucky You knows how important flowers are to the perfect wedding day. We believe you should be able to join in the fun. We will work with you to arrange an individualized floral match for your wedding day vision. We will even take you to Saint Louis's Flower Row allowing you to play a role in the decisions of your floral arrangements. We typically offer two to three options to give you as many choices as possible! For a detailed list of services, please see Floral Design and Ceremony and Reception Design.
Pricing starts at $300. Floral orders will be based on wedding party size, family flowers need and size of reception and ceremony décor, not to mention the flowers you pick.
Appointments and Payments
To schedule a complementary appointment for package pricing, call Amanda at 314-605-7804. To reserve your wedding date, one-half of the final payment (deposit) is due upon signing the contract; the remaining balance is due seven days prior to event.
